I found out about Robinson’s Interiors because of an extended family member.  He trains realtors, so I really trusted him.  I asked him, “Who do you recommend?”  He said, “Steve Derenia.”  That’s how we made contact with Robinson’s.  Steve and the sales rep worked together.  In our case, the rep did all the footwork for us.  He came out and measured our places in Fresno and Shaver Lake.  He's a great guy and he did a great job.  What I liked is that he was so responsive; everything was done in such a timely manner.  When we went to the store, they were very helpful in the carpet selection process.  At the cabin, there’s lots of family — children and grandchildren — going indoors and outdoors.  So there we wanted something very durable.  Both jobs were done very quickly and we were really impressed.

It was very easy because when they said they were going to be there at a certain time, they were there.  We were really happy.  The installers said they were going to do the carpet in one day and they did.  The furniture was put back exactly the way we had it.  It was great.  We were just awed at how great it was.
